A working desk for the channel you skipped

Open the channel you never ran.

Most established firms grew on referrals and the trade show floor. That is a network, and a good one. But a network only reaches people who already know you, and it moves when it feels like it. We set up a desk that reaches the buyers who don't know you yet, run it until it brings in real pipeline, then hand the whole desk to you.

Count the ways in.

There are four ways to reach a buyer who has never heard of you. Most companies run one of them, and it is almost always referrals, because referrals came free with the reputation. Look at the other three and ask who owns them.

Referrals

Where most of your work comes from now. Warm and welcome, and entirely in someone else's hands.

Running

Outbound

Choosing the accounts you want and reaching the right person there, on purpose. The one most firms never staffed.

Idle

Content

Plain answers to the questions buyers ask before they ever talk to a seller.

Idle

Paid

Buying attention. It has its place, usually once the others give it something worth pointing at.

Idle

A common picture. Yours may look different, which is the point of the buyer map.

Why the channel never got built.

Nobody owned it. Your sellers sell. Marketing runs the booth and the brochure. The work that reaching strangers needs, choosing the accounts and writing to the right person at each one with a real reason, has no chair to sit in. So it stays a good idea in last year's plan.

That is the gap we fill. We are the desk that sits in that chair, with the people, the research and the routine, for as long as it takes the channel to pay its way.

Here is how the desk works.

  1. Read the market

We start with the buyers you want and work back. Which accounts matter, who decides there, and what would make them answer.

  2. Build the channel

We write the playbook, assemble the data, and write each message for one named person. Nothing goes out as a template with a first name pasted in.

  3. Run it in the open

A person reviews every message before it leaves. We reach out with a reason and stop the moment anyone asks. You see what goes out and what comes back, read against a baseline we agree with you first.

  4. Hand it over

Once the desk produces pipeline, it is yours. The playbook, the data, the message library, and your own people trained to run it without us.

What a buyer finds when they check.

A good message makes people look you up. So we also look at what they find. A site that answers their questions plainly. Some press and some video, where they help. And whether your name comes up when a buyer asks an AI assistant for a shortlist in your category.

We only build the pieces your gaps call for. If your site already does the job, we leave it alone.

Start with a map, not a pitch.

Before anyone talks about scope, we write you a short buyer map. It shows which channels you run, which sit idle, and where a desk would fit. It is free. There is no deck and no obligation. Read it and decide for yourself.
